i have a samsung sr-s2028css,american style fridge freezer with a ice maker.The freezer tempetaure is at -22 and the fridge is at 2. The problem i have is that my fridge isnt cold enough and everything goes bad init after a few days. Ive tried changing temperature round,just dont know what wrong with it..

this is an older version of the rs21 model ,
the rs21 repair kit will cure this fault , it designed to cure temp probs in rs21 and 2028 models ...

ps i know it fits your model as there was a leaflet in the box stating what kit fits
