Lost heat during cooking yesterday, fan, grill working everything else is OK. from your other questioners seems that it is likely to be the element. This Neff oven is 14 years old, but spotless, can I still purchase element No B1120F1GB/01? and where, and any other fitting advice

i have a neff electric fan b1120f1gb/03, as i removed it from the wall to fix the door ,two earth wires came out in the top front part of the oven, i can fix if i know where they came out from. the oven works just the heating fan not coming on
