Equipment will not scan from MSN Word (For example to perform an "insert"funtion) or other similar programs.
Prints ok from these programs and scans and prints from printer/scanner buttons.
Yellow exclamation mark against printer in Device Manager and can only get rid of it by removing the printer/scanner software. Have removed and reloaded drivers to no avail.
