lyingdown frost free fridge freezers?

i am moving house shortly and was wondering is it ok if i can lye down my hotpoint frost free fridge freezer. As i know you can do this with normal fridge freezers,so long as you leave them upright for 24 hours before turning them back on.

If you have to lie the FF down try to elevate it slightly to keep the compressor oil down the bottom. Look at the compressor and you should see three tubes coming out; one charging stub sealed off; one small pipe and one slightly bigger. If both these pipes are on one side of the compressor, lye it on the opposite side. If not, lie it on the side with the larger suction pipe. Allow to stand as you said and put tape on the doors to stop them opening in transport.

my honest opinion is DON'T lay them down as oil from the compressor can get in to the system and cause problems. The risk is yours!
