I don't know what the lights on my freezer mean?

I have been given a table top Iceline freezer without an instruction manual. Please could you tell me how I can find a key to the lights and switches?

Thanks. Should I assume that green and orange mean that the freezer is at the right temp (green) or below (orange)? Mine doesn't have a snowflake but perhaps the red and snowflake mean the same thing. Do they mean press to freeze or press to defrost?

I have a wcf 8/80 welbuilt with three lights. green, orange and one with a snow flake that you can push on or off.
