model ekm6045xn dual fuel insight electrolux. oven 2 hot?

I have above model of cooker and bottom oven burns everything and so does bottom shelf of top oven if i put anything on it. anyone have any ideas why and how to fix please? Its electric fan bottom oven, gas top. Thanks
