hi i was going down the motorway when my scooter just cut off the start button went off last week so ive been kick starting it its a peogeot 100cc trekker when i kick start it it makes a funny noise and doesnt start and the lights arent coming on either just the brake lights

yes as bb says it sounds like its seized and the lights run off the generator so they wont work unless the engine is running.

Possible seizure. If kick start is hard to push or grinds.. Then it has had a seizure
