Hi, I have a Hotpoint FFB6187AP Fridge Freezer and the Freezer compartment works fine, however, the fridge compartment doesn't. Even on the maximum setting the fridge isn't getting cold. There are separate thermostat dials for the fridge and the freezer and they are located on the top of the fridge just behind the door.

Hi Billy, thanks for your response. There's hardly any frost on the back wall of the freezer. I turned off the appliance for 72 hours and switched it back on, however, the fridge still does not work.

if there is alot of frost on the back wall on the freezer side. sounds like you have a defrost prob and there is only 2 things that can do that. you need a heater and thermastat kit or defrost timer
