Built in larder fridge keeps icing up and not cold enough inside?

Hi, I have a small, built in larder fridge (Hotpoint HUL1611) which keeps icing up on the back panel no matter what setting its on. As soon as I have de-iced it and switched it on again, the ice begins to form. The cupbaord at the side of the frige is also very warm. Could this have something to do with it? The temp inside the fridge isn't very cold either.

It needs regassing by Hotpoint. I have had the same problem for 2 years. Finally replacing it today.

We have the identical problem with our fridge now nearly 5 years old. Could it be a faulty thermostat ?
