hi Quentin, inside each wheel arch there is a u shaped flap flick it down and remove plastic nuts.take the grill off and you will find 2 more bolts holding the bumper to crossmember.under the car,bottom front edge of the bumper remove 3 more bolts.remove 2 screws fixing the bumper to the wheel arch both sides.with a little struggle it will come off.
