I have a Samsung American style fridge freezer. My freezer is fine, but the fridge makes horrible noises that stop when you open the door, and the temperature keeps going up. I've done lots of research, and don't want to pay more that I need to to get it fixed. I don't want to buy the wrong parts, that I've heard some people are selling, but I know that Appliance DIY Repairs sells a repair kit with the correct Samsung latest authorised parts in that will fix this. I've read lots of excellent reviews about them, and the kits they sell, but I'm still apprehensive about fitting it myself. I just don't understand why many qualified engineers don't know how to fix these fridges, yet you can buy a kit from Appliance DIY Repairs and fix it yourself properly! I just want to know if it is as straight forward to fit as all the customers that have bought these kits claim it to be. I know I'm sounding paranoid, but my technical skills are so bad that I haven't even figured out which end of the hammer to knock a screw in with yet!

Bought our samsung fridge freezer just over two years now and for the last year we have had comet out so many times we have given up they have changed practically every part on our fridge sensors, fan assembly circuit board and god only knows what else no one seemed to know why our fridge kept tripping every so often was about to chuck it away when by a struck of luck our fridge at work had broken down and the enginner who was attending is a authorised samsung engineer even though the machine he just fixed was a very expensive liebherr american style anyway he came along and guess what he found the problem why our fridge kept tripping every so often it was the ice machine that was over four months now and now problem since got his number on speed dial if i ever need it. I am sure they wont mind me passing on their details if your in the london area and need a good engineer. www.agerefrigeration.co.uk.

hi we bought the rsh1 kit , from this guy he is Samsung authorized , we got his number of how to mend it i called him and explained our Samsung rsh1 model was making a noise that stopped when you opened the door and that we were having trouble with water bottle not working , the guy (ally) was very helpfull and explained what to do to fix fault , we bought spares direct from him via paypal , parts were dispatched same day via tracked royal mail. my husband had to call him as he wasnt sure about how to fit one of the parts this was at 7pm on friday night , ally answered it and again gave some great advice , our samsung fridge freezer is now working like it should again ..

as far as i can tell he is £30.00 cheaper than most sellers - and you will get the best advice direct from an engineer ...

he wont mind me puting his mobile on here as its already on this on lots of others ....

hello we bought kit from ebay and fitted it in baout 1 hour but im reasonably diy minded , problem with engineers not knowing is samsung dont give out info unless you are an authorised agent , samsung only have agents in most of the big cities/towns , dont know wha kit you are looking at but our one came with the samsung engineers tel no so we could call him if we got stuck , we called him twice and guys was very helpfull and explained how to tackle job ... hope this helps
