I have a Megane 06, problems with both front Electric windows?

Both Electric front windows are not reponding, Fuse seems to be OK the Passenger side is shut while the driver side 1/2 open ( big problem ).
Any help will be appreciated.
P.S why don't they have a manual over-ride !!!!!
