cavalier,mk3, ringing,rattle,coming from,timing belt end of engine?

when the engine is reveved, there is a ringing rattly sound coming from the timing belt end of the engine, is it a pulley, or water pump, the engine runs well.
the car is cavalier 2.0 16valve, m reg,

Could possably be the timing belt tensioner but while you are there its proably a good idea to replace water pump also
