i assumed that you dont have the original code,and wanted to change user code,if you have lost the user code then you have a problem,

Err Charlie, your taking out of your rear end.
Users have control of codes and certain other features, no Galaxy needs a engineer code for user code changes. not even the Dominals, you know the big G3 520`s and such like that real professionals use.

Nuno, enter your code. press enter go to option 4 select the user code you wish to change do so press enter then esc esc esc. Job done. Assuming you have the latter keypad with LCD display.

sorry to say you have not a hope in hell,unless you have the engineering code and manuel for the panel,
when you buy the galaxy,you that is us proffes .installers have to buy the engineering manuel
they do not supply it with panel,and it really is a pain to prog,if i where you i would ditch it and get a new panel,
