i have a Simpsos Genesis 511 washing machine and its only agitating the washing in an anticlockwise direction instead of both ways. hence the washing becomes wrapped around it and then it becomes unballanced in the spin cycle. It is spinning in a clockwise direction though. what needs replacing in it?
