Re Ink pads on Epson Stylus Photo R265?

Thanks for your answer Chicks Fan, but I have a brand new ink pad assembly. I need to know how to dismantle the printer in order to fit the new assembly.

Can anybody help with instructions or directions as to where I can find them.
