air con 2008 mondeo diesel not cold?

been back to fords 3 times not fixed. they just say there are no leaks.(was re-gassed with a service in June.

they should put dye into your a/c system and check for leaks using ultra violet light to check for leaks. if ford cant or wont do it go to a/c specialists who should be able to do what i said.
