my draw wont open on my sharp xe-a102 ?

cant open the draw on my sharp xe-a102 the key wont open it and it wont open manually its just stuck

The key is not supposed to open the drawer. It is used to lock or unlock it, but not open it. There is a trigger under the drawer between the back two feet that should be used to release the drawer tray during a power outage. If the trigger does not work, then you have a jammed drawer or faulty mechanism.
