how can i fix the indicater?

my indicater and hazzard lights on my astra 04 1.4 are only working on near side
the other side is clicking rapidly but not lighting how can i fix it

bought stalk from scrappy as suggested and it worked fine

check your bulbs are ok, if working, then you might need to replace your indicator stalk, get from good scrappy cheap.
