hi there.i have been very bad for long time and have not been using my alarm.as a consiquence,i have completley forgot my alarm code.i was wanting to know if you would be able to help me reset my alarm code if thats possible.look forward to hearing from you.hopefully been able 2 help me Thank you

forgot to mention,you count from left to right,when looking for 19 and 21,

to reset back to factory settings,switch mains off,open panel,remove red lead from battery,fit a link between terminals 19 and 21,remove and take note of cables from these terminals,connect the battery,remove link,replace the wires,close cover,and switch mains back on,if you dont feel confident,get a friend to do it,save you a call out charge,hope this is of help

If you have lost codes a complete reset will be needed.
This is done from the engineers manual, which can be found on google if you ask the right questions.
However you will be opening the panel and exposing live mains connections, do not proceed if you are unsure and get in an engineer from a local approved company.
