i tryed to kick start it and it seems jamed any 1 no wot it might b and how to fix it

You don't say what bike/scooter or whatever it is,in what way is the electric start broke!I reckon your engine is siezed mate,put it into gear and try to push it with the spark plug out,if it don't turn over it's siezed.Not the end of the world though.
