how can i stop my ldv convoy wandering from side to side when driving?

i have free play in my ldv steering and find i have to keep tight control of the wheel to keep it wandering from side to side
i have fitted new shocks and any ball joints but stiil have play thanks

There may be an adjuster on the steering box to take up the free play! Also check the king pins for excessive play/wear & the leaf spring bushes.

make sure drag link ball joints are ok,have you changed track rod ends,if you did have you had track checked/adjusted!
