It dries clothes OK but doesnt push the expelled water up to the tank I have to remove the plug at the rear to drain the water is there a pump that could be faulty,pipe that could be blocked ???
both options you mention could cause the issue.drain pump motor sat in a tank at the back and also a blocked pipe up to the bottle could cause this type of fault!
