how to fix my peugeot 206 heating controls?

hi i have a pug 206 02 reg with a very annoying problem.

the heating will not turn off it will change temp and speed but not go off. its all digitaly controlled so not sure what to do. please help

also my in car display is in french can anyone tell me how to change to english as have lost manual.

someone said it could be the button BUT the screen is saying off when i press it but still nothing happening...

you have it on auto. switch to manual. press menu button and scroll through until it says languages and switch to english.
