first check if the mcb on your consumer unit has not tripped,(fuse box) if thats ok check the fuse in the spur that feeds the alarm panel,if you have power there then it must be the aux fuse in the panel itself,make sure you remove the fuse from the spur unit ,or turn of the mains power before you open the panel,remove the screws that hold the panel doors and remove,the top cover will lift of and the bottom one will follow,be careful the standby battery does not fall out,you will find the fuses on the printed circuit board,remove red lead from battery before removing fuses,always replace with same value fuse,
