Worn/loose steering rack, worn/loose track rod ends. Buy new track rod ends, go to good scrappy for rack.

Check the steering knuckle joint on the steering column.(it looks like a type of universal joint) This is a very common problem. It can be found behind the engine where the steering column goes through the bulkhead.
