ive inheritied a qualcast EPS35 with the property and it worked for 10mins on the lawn before stopping. The neighbour said it always went like a dream so i took it apart and replaced fuse etc. it wouldnt start so I undid screws by the starter lever and there was lots of fluff there that i removed ,turned it on and hey presto it worked for all of 5mins before stopping again. ive got a feeling its something to do with the lever. Any suggestions please?
