how can i fix my electric windows, renault megane?

i have had my 07reg megane from new and have always had problems with the windows. the only window that will now open is rear drivers side window. tried everything to sort them out myself but nothing has worked!! should i just ring the customer services number? just dont want it to cost me a fortune!!!
