i have a 50cc mini moto it fires up fine and if i lift the rear wheel off the ground it spins but when i put the wheel on the ground it doesn't move just over revs and cuts out what could be?
it sounds like the centrifugal clutch is engaged all the time its very likley that the clutch springs have broken and the clutch shoes are in contact with the clutch bell.
