oven will not heat?

Technika oven will not heat seems everything else works?
took back cover off, the coil thing has a tiny pin head black mark on it? But I cant see it been burnt out?

replace the fan element with the pin prick hole in and it should work.This is how they fail by blowing a pin hole in the outer ring sometimes
