spear & jackson brushcutter strimmer 33cc?

it worked well to start with but now i can't get it to start, tried the spark plug, didn't help.checked the fuel, that's o.k but doesn't seem to be getting through the carb. how can i clean the carb to allow the fuel to get through?

Trust me mate, the petrol oil ratio IS 40:1 Try any other mixture and you're heading for major engine trouble. Btw I do actually own one of these, so I have got experience filling one up.

Leepylee68 is ONLY correct if you are using a 40:1 mix OIL otherwise they are talking rubbish.

The correct petrol oil ratio is 40:1 i.e. 1Litre petrol =25ml 2 stroke oil :)
