citroen c2 1.1 wiper/washers?

2004 citroen c2 1.1,fuses are ok and wiper motor has been changed but still not working,does anyone know if the switches are bad for going or if wiper/washer fault is likely to be linked,ps rear wiper/waskers are ok,thanks for your help in advance
