Brother Embroider PC700II?

Needle is stuck in down positioin, how do I raise it up. The lever isn't working, being computerized nothing works until the needle is raised.

Hello Suzanne,
If the machine does not raise when you turn the machine off then back on again I am afraid it will need a shop repair being computerized.
