JLWM1402 flooding problem?

My John Lewis JLWM1402 sometimes floods the kitchen during wash cycles. On the 40 degree program (1 hour 57 mins) it works fine until it reaches 50 mins remaining. At this point it should drain and then spin, but sometimes it just spins, and water pours out of the detergent drawer, presumably forced up from the half-full spinning drum. It does not occur every time - could it be a sticky relay etc?

check the bottom tub hose for blockages.check filter check pressure hose, check pressure switch.look for water leaks on to motor or loose tacho on motor.possibly a pcb issue if all else checks out OK!
