We've always had a security system in our home. The other day the trouble light came on & we're not sure why? How do we fix it ourselves without calling out a repair man?

The make of control panel is a good place to start.

How about having a look in your User Guide, the one that came with the system when installed, it'll be there.

Suggest you had a short power cut.
