my renault megane keeps overheating?

no matter what we try we cant fix the problem please help

Firstly,
Is the fan cutting in when it gets hot? If not repair the fault so that it does.

If the fan is working properly:
How old is the anti-freeze mixture? If old drain it out, flush the system thoroughly, make sure you include the radiator, and refill will fresh anti-freeze solution.
