need to know what this screeching noise is when the engine is cold then disappears when it gets up to temp after like 10 minutes of driving......it also disappears when u press clutch in and then comes back when u take foot off, and u only have to slightly start putting the clutch pedal in and it stops making noise.
I have had this problem for months now and has got no worse nor better but just doesn't sound good lol.
The noise sounds like screeching or like something scratching as it goes round...hard to explain really but still

Clutch release bearing by the sound of it. When you eventually get round to replacing it replace the whole 3 part clutch (pressure plate assembly, driven plate and release bearing). Look up Mr Clutch in yellow pages for a quote.
