Recently took off the distributor cap to dry it out after driving in heavy rain. The van has been starting first time everytime even after the heavy rain, however, there is a 'flat spot' at around 30MPH and the only way to accelerate is to pump the accelerator erratically to keep her going.

After putting the cap back on I must have got the firing order wrong because now she won't even start, misfires a lot.

If anyone knows the correct firing order for this model. please let me know, I cannot find the manual. Many Thanks

firing clockwise on distributor its 1342 I suggest replacing cap and rotor arm for new first as migh be either breaking down or shorting hope this helps
