Baxi back boiler , no hot water?

hi there, we have a Baxi back boiler and have recently had a new boiler tank installed by British Gas, but now have NO hot water. Also, the downstairs radiators are working ok, but the radiators upstairs aren't ! Any idea's what could be the problem ?? I think the boiler model is the Baxi 401.

Bleed the rads, starting from downstairs and working up. Also check that your header tank has water in it and is actually topping the system up. Check that your diverter valve (for hot water is not stuck in the wrong position) If it is move it over manually....it sounds as if your new tank is blocked or a tap from it is turned off. Post again if it does not work
