jade its water in your heating element take the silver box pannels on the back off you will see the heater and these boxes and the heater need drying out then it should work fine again
paul you problems the door sensor its not registering the doors shut so it wont start and just buzz's at you. when you open the door at the to theres a little circle button have a play with that clean it make shure theres no fluff jamed in it and if you sort that out it should work agagin
