A few days ago the machine would not release the door at the end of the washing cycle. The light normally goes off 30 secs after end of programme which then allows the door to be opened. The light would not go out. After a while I gave the door a bit of a tap & the light went out allowing me to retrieve the washing. At the time I was thinking the door switch might be dodgy. Yesterday I put a load in, set the programme & pressed the on switch but nothing happened. The light had not illuminated either. I have jiggled about with the door thinking this could be the problem but nothing happened. Can you confirm that it sounds like a dodgy door switch assuming there is such a thing or suggest anything else?
