my blower and heater has stopped working?

I have a 2000 (w) reg fiat punto and the in car bloewrs have stopped working.Is it a fuse?

Check fuses or possibly the wiring around the switch is melted, its a seperate bit of loom and is quite easy to replace along with the switch, i've done a couple like this
