How do I fix my Bosch Classixx Condenser tumble dryer?? ?

The empty container light comes on but there's no water in it and no heat to dry clothes.

Having read a post by Griff:-
I carried out the instructions he gave regarding the red switch to reset it.
The little red button didn't really move at all and there was a very faint click if at all.
Put it all back together hoping for the best but no luck.
The empty container light still flashes.
Have you any more ideas or can the black switch with the red button be replaced or is it time for a new machine?
I'm trying to avoid the call out charge for an engineer but maybe this is inevitable. I would rather put the money towards a new machine.
But surely there nothing wrong with this machine that cannot be fixed??
Anyone got any ideas or is it a trip to Currys??
Could the heating element need replacing?
I have run the machine without the casing on the back and it felt like the heat was there but when run with the casing back on there's no heat to dry clothes?
This machine is about 8 years is it time to replace??
It seems a shame as it's got to be a simple repair!!
Please help!!

I fixed it myself yeeeeeeeees!!!!!
This problem is solved by removing the top of the appliance, 2 torque screws on back.
Disconnect the black hose from the fitting that drops the water into the back of the tray AND REMOVE the blockage!!!!!!!
It might be fluff or a bit of foil, in my case actually both and I had to unblock it several times before the fault stopped repeating itself!!
But we now have a fully functioning tumble dryer and land fill can breathe a sigh of relief!

Very happy Justin, September 2010
