how can i fix my hot water, baxi 105e combi boiler?

i recently fitted a new set of mixer taps with shower head attachment to my bath, but when i turn the hot tap on to run a bath i struggle to get the right water temperature and the flow rate out of the tap which in turn, turns the water off even though i have not turned the tap off! i have also noticed that when the shower is running for somtime all the radiators are hot even though the heating is not switched on. could this be part off the same problem is the diverter valve on its way out?

def a divertor fault for the heating of rads when running a hot water demand. Struggling to keep boiler fired can be a diaphragm on its way out, usual signs, downstairs fine, upstairs struggles to keep boiler fired, ive also seen these go after the water has been turned back on after work and the pressure is high and literally blown a hole through diaphragm. maybe a repair and service in order.
