My Roper refrigerator Model # RT21LMXKQ03 leaks water from freezer down into vegetable bins and bottom inside of refrigerator. Have been told possible drain stopped up. How do I access drain to clean out?

The drain hole in your fridge will be inside it the back usually in the middle.
There will be a gulley for catching the water which in your case will be full and overflowing. Find the hole and clear it. The water (normally) evaporates as it hits the condenser below.
