zanussi zwf 1621 w?

my zanussi zwf 1621 w washing machine does not wash or spin. it fills ok. the drum cannot be turned by hand as it could before. the belt is ok.

if the drum doesn't rotate by hand then you either have clothing jammed down the front between the door rubber and the stainless inner drum or the bearings have seized up
