Whats wrong with ,my beko DE3430FS wont drain and water cold?

hi my beko DE3430FS dishwasher fills with water and makes a noise as its washing goes through cycle but doesnt drain and when you open the water thats still in it is cold can anyone help

thanks ck but already checked propellor pump that was fine would the heater or thermostat be expensive to fix and any ideas coz propellor pump not blocked do you think it worth getting fixed

something might be jammed in the drain pump impellor.you need to take the base off and remove the drain pump to see if it is jammed up.no heat could be heater or thermostat
