lucky you i've just rebuilt my Dna, on the carb and cylinder head there are black pipes, for this to happen the pipes have been put back on the wrong way flushing water into the petrol and vice versa, your going to have to drain both the water and fuel systems and drain the carb.

look underneath and you'll see the bottom of the petrol tank, the tap sender and some tubes, follow the tubes and all of the tubes from the tank fit into the carb and on the carb inlet rubber.
next to the carb on the exhaust side of the bike on the cylinder head there is a big black plastic tube with a large pipe going into it, around that there are smaller pipes, when you trace the fuel lines make sure none of them are plugged into the cylinder head, if there are then take them out. remember trace your fuel lines they should all plug into the carb and the carb inlet rubber nowhere else. the V shaped metal bit attached to the bottom of the carb is water.

hope this helps

weird thing to happen?i have heard of water in the fuel tank but not around the other way.ok firstly you need to drain the cooling system by pulling a pipe off the water pump and then refill it in the header tank under the false tank cover, but having petrol in the cooling system will not stop it from starting im afraid so we have another issue there, have you checked to see if the bike has a spark when your turning the engine over?and does it have any compression?did it just cut out while you were riding it or did it do it after being parked up?
