hotpoint aquarius wd440?

My washing machine has all the lights flashing constantly! anyone know why this happens or how i can fix it?

Perhaps a long shot, but I saw this when our machine had a blocked sump. The machine couldn't empty and all the lights flashed. Cured by opening up the back and clearing out the sump.
