w reg mondeo estate .clutch adjustment?

can you adjust the clutch. if you can,how do I do it.

Some models do have adjustment on them. Have a look at the gearbox end of the cable there may be a sleeve & locknut(part of the cable) near to the release arm. Also have a look under the dashboard there is sometimes an adjuster on the pedal!
